Possible safety and evidence recording

Where technically available, video and audio sessions together with related chat content may be temporarily recorded for safety, moderation and evidence preservation, particularly where fraud, exploitation, grooming, age violations, abuse or other potentially unlawful conduct is suspected. Recordings are not made continuously or in every connection mode. Audio and video streams in pure peer-to-peer media connections are not available for server-side recording and no recording status is shown for them. An active server-side media recording is indicated in the chat. Recordings are normally retained for no more than 72 hours, unless longer preservation is legally required, and may be disclosed to competent law-enforcement authorities where required or permitted by law.
