Safety and evidence recording notice
After you first start the camera interface, the available camera and microphone media together with related matchmaking, partner, and text-chat events are recorded continuously for safety, moderation, and evidence preservation until you leave the page. Pausing matchmaking or changing partners does not pause this evidence capture. Long visits are stored as consecutive technical recording windows of up to two hours. The site operator may optionally enable an in-chat status for an active server-side recording; this display setting does not start, stop, or limit the recording. Evidence recordings are protected from the ordinary 72-hour cleanup and remain under an evidence hold until an authorized release process permits disposal. Evidence may be disclosed to competent authorities where required or permitted by law.
