Safety and evidence recording notice
After you first start the camera interface, the available camera and microphone media together with related matchmaking, partner, and text-chat events are recorded continuously for safety, moderation, and evidence preservation until you leave the page. Pausing matchmaking or changing partners does not pause this evidence capture. Long visits are stored as consecutive technical recording windows of up to two hours. The site operator may optionally enable an in-chat status for an active server-side recording; this display setting does not start, stop, or limit the recording. Evidence recordings are protected from the ordinary 72-hour cleanup and remain under an evidence hold until an authorized release process permits disposal. Evidence may be disclosed to competent authorities where required or permitted by law.
What We Collect
Guest users: temporary session data and selected preferences needed for matchmaking.
Registered users: account details and preferences you choose to provide.
Technical and security data: browser and device characteristics, a random resettable first-party security identifier, network and request metadata, and security events needed to operate and protect the service. Page load alone does not create the security identifier.
Chat data: after the camera interface starts, available media and related session events may be recorded for safety, moderation, and evidence preservation as described in the recording notice.
How We Use Data
We use data to provide core platform functionality, matchmaking, security, moderation, support, subscriptions, and anonymized analytics.
Data is used for the purposes, providers, legal obligations, and safety operations described in this policy; current disclosures govern any advertising or sharing practices.

Data Retention
Retention depends on service, account, legal, safety, backup, and evidence requirements. Evidence holds and other required retention can extend ordinary cleanup periods.

Transport encryption, access controls, monitoring, and operational safeguards are applied according to the system configuration and risk; no security measure eliminates every risk.
